This is the 2nd headset that I have bought. both the same brand, the first one worked well, but the speaker kept popping out of its holder and then it would be hanging by the wires. well they eventually broke. This new one seems to have a better clip and the speaker stays in better. Also the noise reduction is better. I don't know why one is better than the other as they are the same brand but I am glad.

This is the only headset we have used since hands-free laws have gone into effect and driving truck. We have never gotten a bad one but this particular one has only been used the last week and it is breaking up and sounds terrible unfortunately we missed the return date because of non-use therefore we are stuck with it and we'll have to repurchase. Still owe loyalty to the bt250 it is never been a bad investment until the latest one.

For all the weight this thing involves, you'd think it would have sidetone. For a while VXI advertised sidetone on their headsets, and one of their engineers outright lied to me about having tested a headset for sidetone that I had sent in. Anyone in noisy environment, which this headset is made for, knows you need your own voice put into your ear electronically so you don't yell to hear yourself. The microphone is a little weak; for some callers, it has to be touching my lip to pick up well enough for the caller to hear me. The battery on this unit isn't replaceable, like the old XT, which means they built it with a far shorter lifespan than it would have if the battery were replaceable. All that being said, the noise cancellation is excellent. I've had big barking dogs right next to me and the caller couldn't hear them, they could hear me just fine. The sound and volume are very good. As a hearing impaired person, this is the only headset I've been able to find at all that works with a hearing aid, and it works well. Jabra can kiss my foot; Blue Parrott is the headset that works.Read full review
I have been using these for at least six years. 4th one I owned. Two destroyed by accident that had nothing to do with the product; this is a tough product which can take a beating. I still have original, it's just after six years have to charge twice a week and saw this one. I would rather have two than not have one and have to wait for a new one to show up; these are the best item on the market for what they do. They stay charged up to a week, you can hear and be heard clearly in all noise levels (and I work where it is noisy). More than that, I am so used to being "handsfree" it's hard to talk on a telephone without one. This product is well worth the money.

Noise cancellation feature is great. This is the only device I can use to talk on phone hands free and actually hear the caller. I drive big rig with a lot of loud background noise. I can not use my IPhone speaker phone due to my bad hearing and in cab noise interference. I only have to charge it once every two weeks. Great value.
