PHONE IS GOOD BUT BATTERY CASE WILL NOT STAY ON. Our fist one quit and ordered another only to find ATT no longer supports these phones and will not activate them. That's why the first one quit.

So, the phone has signs of wear that are not on the phone within the photo. Battery door does not latch or close. Otherwise the phone works as it should. Also, this phone was unusually dirty. So, I'll need to find a new back door for it. Maybe a cover case will work.

Pantech Impact P7000 - is perfect for your investment. This phone is NOT a smartphone. It is a full-featured FEATURE phone. The internal memory is adequate. You can also add and exchange mini sd cards from the outside. You can save pictures to and from the sd card. However, you cannot use a standard 3 1/2 phone jack ear bud. The built in mp3 player cannot be used without a special set of earphones or an adaptor. The phone sends and receives calls perfectly. It feels great in your ands. It fits most belt carriers. I enjoyed using it. You have to be careful using the camera, as you have to open the phone and hold it carefully when making pictures.
This is one of the best phones I have ever had. It is sleek, and nice. But, it is confusing. Things you should know before buying this phone: *There has been lots of talk about whether or not you can put signatures on this phone - you can't. It's impossible. *It's hard to get to the Speed Dial settings, so that was a little confusing. But, it's possible. The settings aren't very organized. *This phone really never freezes. I don't see why people say that. *The things you can do on the front are: write a message, look at the inbox, call/look at address book, and listen to music. *There is no headphones jack -- you need to buy special headphones if you want to listen to music. *If you download ringtones off the internet on your phone, they will work, but you can't set it as your ringtone. *The default setting for messaging is a cool feature called "conversations", where you can see everything said between two people. *You can only turn off the phone in open-stage. *The internet is pretty fast, but you can't change the URL unless you go back to the homepage, and then enter a new URL. *You can change the display settings in many ways, including new clocks, backgrounds, text for the background, and more. Otherwise, this phone is great. It is super easy to text on, and one great thing is the conversation feature I listed above. The battery dies fast, but that might be just because I've been obsessed with the texting lately :) I recommend this phone to anyone! Just know the features that you're getting. Pros: Video Camera, Camera, Easy Texting, Conversation View, Fast Internet. Cons: Hard To Browse Internet, Annoying Menu To Change Settings, ConfusingRead full review
I LOVE THIS PHONE. It's so easy to use, and great for texting! I really like it, and it has the coolest design. The touch scree is fabulous, but I can see how some people not used to it could get frustrated with it. My only minor complaint is that it doesn't have an option to set a contact image unless your contacts are in the phone's memory. I like to keep the numbers on the SIM card, so that way if the phone dies I won't lose any numbers. I also dislike that it can't edit photos like my old phone did. Other than these very minor details, it's the best!
