It's microscopic compared to the massive modern smartphones. That's good in the sense it fits easily in any pocket, but it makes the keyboard a bit fiddly. The screen is small, but sharp. I wanted a phone that could do text messages, but I don't have any interest in surfing the internet on my phone, (or paying for a data plan) so an iPhone seemed like overkill. The little Blackberry seems to get good reception, the voice dialing feature works well, as does the speakerphone, and despite being small, the keyboard is quite workable. Overall, if you just want to talk and text, this is a great phone.

My old device "took a beating but kept ticking". In fact it still works but for the price I figured I would replace it before I "drop kick" it over pavement one last time. The qwerty keyboard, track pad and no-touch display were the big reasons why I purchased the used, refurbished device. I believe it should last another 10 years.

This was an exact replacement for a model we already owned. It was a very easy swap out and the "new to us" phone works great.
