I love this workout! I have been a huge Tae Bo fan for years, but I've always had a tough time with my abs with the total body workouts. I have done this workout 3 times and I can already tell that it is exactly what I need to tighten up my mid-section. The first half (or more) is focused on standing ab work, which I love because my back struggles a bit with the ground work. While the rest is on the ground, there are no traditional crunches, and that's great too. It's definitely challenging, but well worth the effort. I highly recommend this; easily takes first place for me!
