This has been the easiet diet (I mean lifestyle change) that I have used. Its very easy to follow and the food is tasty. However, the ingredients could be a little difficult to find and can be a little expensive. So if you have the extra money and the time to prep all of the food this book would be for you.
This is a great book! I love the daily menu plans. Lots of great recipes and snack ideas. Also easily adapted with flexibility if you are out of a certain food item. The exercise program begins slowly and is divided into two fitness levels. I bought the book particularly because it has detailed and illustrated work outs, making it easy to exercise.
I was thinking i was doing the right foods but i wasn't loseing anything then i got the the biggest loser (30-DAY JUUMP START)and (biggest loser cookbook)I looked throw them and found the food i like to eat and start my new food list and i'v been doing it for 5 weeks and i'm down 33 pound and still going its not hard i get asked all the time what i'm doig and i tell them to i'm use the biggest loser food plan and the workout tape so if you want to lose weight buy the books and get start IT'S THE BEST PRODUCT FOR LOSEING WEIGHT Rocky
I love this book. I have been "dieting" since I was 16...I am now 23 and have only managed to gain weight. I followed just the first week so far and have already lost 4 pounds. In one week! I have a gym membership so I just added the daily workouts in the book to what I already do and it has worked wonders. I recommend this book to anybody trying to start off a serious weight loss routine and life change.
This book “The Biggest Loser 30-day Jump Start” is excellent instruction for weight loss. The 30 days are mapped out with exercise and food ideas for each day as well as questions to think about like “what is your motivation to lose weight and what new habits will sustain this lifestyle change?” The book is well written and illustrated, with comments from many of the contestants and trainers from the “ranch”. I got some new recipes to try and some questions about why lose weight to come to grips with. Recommended!
