I am always looking for new recipes for the use of whole grains. This has some very good recipes. Also, I don't like using mixes, so this fits the bill, so to speak. The book was in good condition.
Gave it as a gift for a health freak they loved it.Great bargain for the money, would recomend it to give as a gift or if you want to eat healthier.Overall it's a great buy
