I've used this cookbook to plan out 7 days of meals at a time. They make life so easy to put it all in the crock pot in the morning and forget about it till dinner time. Best part is they are all low calorie so I've been doing well to work these meals into a smart diet plan that even the rest of the family that is not on a diet has loved. We all especially liked the cranberry turkey because the left overs made amazing sandwiches. So I do suggest to double that recipe!
