I edit vocal recordings on a normal basis, and I needed new good pair of headphones without breaking the bank. I was a little skeptical about purchasing these since they were priced under thirty dollars. But after reading many reviews on the web, I decided to take the chance and get these. Boy am I glad that I did! Wow. These aren't bose obivously, nor are they beats or any other well-known professiona brandl, but they pretty darn good. I can hear things in my recordings that I couldn't previously hear. It helps with the editing process. The good: -They are affordable. They cost less than a spindle of blank DVDs. You can easily purchase two pair of these for at home and for on the go. -They sound professional. I don't feel like I picked up a cheap pair of heaphones from the dollar store. -They come with 1/8" Connector plus 1/4" Adapter. I can use this with my computer and even use it with my Smartphone device. - They have a long cord. Which is good as I can move around my little studio set up with out feeling completely hindered by a short cord. -You don't have to the volume cranked up super high. I can hear perfectly fine without the volume being up to the max. -You can adjust them to fit, as well. The Bad: -They are kind of heavy to my head. After a while of wearing these, I have to take them off for a time and put them on. They are snug too, which isn't totally bad but can get uncomfortable. That's the case with wearing headphone for any extended period of time, no matter how comfortable they are. -They aren't totally noise canceling. Perhaps it is because I don't have the volume all the way up, but I can still hear some things when editing my recordings and listening to music. But I do still have to pause the track to hear if someone is talking to me. - They don't fold. Overall for less than $30 these are a good starter pair of headphones. Read full review

I am trying to understand where all the good reviews come from for this product because those head phones sound terrible, I have a pair of sunbeams that sound better ...the sound is flat at best , I wouldn't buy again, Giving these to my 13 year old nephew.

I didn't have a lotta money to spend, I researched all the reviews of every set of cans within my price range posted on eBay, and settled for these... I was very surprised at the sound quality! Only one concern I had ...and it was that the sound frequency range was not given... I took a chance anyway and do not regret it, these are great cans for the money!

Great deal on open box item. Light cord but strong. Less weight pulling at the cord. Tight bass and pretty loud using an iPhone plug. Could get louder with a amp i bet. Leather type cushion on headband and plastic ear cup pieces. Cant be too ruff with that. But for 11$ on auction , who is complaining?!

Very comfortable and ergonomic. Great for play back on home audio. I haven't tried these in the recording studio yet......so stay tuned. Not like the $600 Yamaha headphones I've owned....but very nice for the price. Clear, clean high freq's and enough low end w/o being too much. Behringer makes intermediate pro electronics very well.
