about 3 weeks after purchase I drew the bow to shoot and it exploded. One of the top limbs broke and that was it. I'm not injured but I'm very disappointed. That's what I get for purchasing a used bow. The bow did arrive in poor condition but I can't say if the seller knew there was a problem…doesn't matter anyway. S**t happens

I have been shooting and using the bear carnage for a couple months. It has a pretty good draw cycle and a excellent back wall. It tuned well and paper tuning was a snap. It is very accurate and balance in the hand is good. Now for the bad. It is no where near the advertised speed. I shoot 390gn arrows and with a 29" draw and get 305 on my chrono. The other thing is noise. It has a loud thump when it hits the string supressors. I mean its not super loud but a little above my other two bows. Overall I like the bow even though its not as fast as they advertise its plenty fast, and it's accuracy is as good as any bow I have owned and thats quite a few. if I had to rate it on a 1 to 10 scale I would give it a 9, glad I bought it

I love my Carnage Bow. I own several bows and this is my favorite. The Carnage is by far the best I have ever shot. Super fast, easy to draw, light weight, accurate and very quiet. This is the perfect hunting machine. I can't wait to use this bow on deer, elk, and hogs.
The Fred Bear Carnage is a very fast, flat shooting bow,at a good price. The short axle to axle makes it a good hunting bow and can be used in a tree stand that does not have much room for you to turn, and has several adjustable draw lengths to fit almost any body. This bow is worth 5 stars.
