As an avid Jillian Michaels user, I was surprised by how much this workout actually targeted these specific muscles (inner and outer thighs mainly)! I could really feel the burn in my inner thighs. I am excited to see what results I get after using this video with other workout routines. I am definitely hip-centric so I am hoping it will elongate these muscles. I have a good feeling about this DVD! Each section is broken up so you can easily pick and choose which workouts you want to do each day. This video is very low impact so it is good for rest days or days that you want to switch things up a bit from your usual high impact, fast paced workouts. It is also a good DVD for people who want to gently introduce their bodies to working out again. The only cons were the fact that the stretching following each workout was minimal, and she did not really warm up the muscles with dynamic stretching beforehand. This is a great low impact, targeted workout. After one time, I could hardly walk. Really targets specific areas you want to work on. You will definitely see results if you keep at it. I agree with others that the stretching time is super fast, not enough time to relax the muscles that have just been worked. Overall great workout DVD

I bought this to tone and get my body back in shape and incorporate it in my workout routine. I love this dvd it really targets the muscules with low impact so I really feel like I got a good workout without fast pace and gasping for air. It's a very effective challenging workout. I also like the fact that it's broken down into sections so I can chose which body part to work on and I can customize. I still like pilates better but this is good to incorporate if you like workouts like yoga or pilates or just something to add to your cardio routine.
