This is a great workout set. The first Boot camp series was great, but not for the faint of heart. This set is a little less taxing, but still a great fat burning and cardio workout. I really like the way the new bands are used. Very different and creative, more than the first boot camp set. I really like both of Billy's boot camp workouts, along with the AMPED set. I have all of them and use them on alternate days. FUN FUN FUN!!! Billy's Bood Camp is the first exercise video that I tried and got totally hooked. I love the motivational method billy uses in this workout and am glad he is not like the caffeine-overdosed women that shriek their way through the whole workout video. For any men out there, Billy is COOL! His workout is for real men and women alike. Join the Elite!
Outstanding! For me, as a very out-of-shape person, I found that these work great! I'm slowing getting back in shape and losing weight. I love it that the music isn't obnoxious; I'm able to focus on the exercises rather than listen to a bunch of steel drums and junk. I find a lot of these kind of videos are confusing and it takes a while to figure out exactly how the move combinations are done, but they are simple, yet thorough. I also find a lot of videos to be extremely monotonous in their actions, causing quick fatigue and boredom; not so with these. I thin these would be great for exercise enthusiasts of any ability.
This is a very good workout set. Good instructions on posture and body positioning. Different variations, with or without weights/power bands. The abs workout is great.

I used Billy Blank's Tae Bo original when it first came out. I had trouble because the instructional video was a little too fast. I started getting back into shape and have purchased this to try. I have only gone through the Mission 1, especially the 8 min bonus one on one instructional. This is perfect for those who want to learn to do each move with proper form. So far I love this and look forward to moving on to Mission 2.
