Very good book. Gives tips on loosing weight, what your calorie intake should be and calories in some foods. There is plenty space (really) to keep a daily log of what you eat and the exercises you do. The biggest loser is a successful show and I think being guided by this book will really help in dieting. You hear from some of those on the show who lost the weight. Great tool for a serious person who wants to put out the effort to loose the weight. Very glad I bought this book.
This is a real nice journal. It has recipes, tips, the journal, food diary. Its a compact nice all-in-one package.
I would recommend this product to anyone! Keeps me focus and on track with my weightloss goals. It's small enough to take with you during school or work.
