So far this keyboard is great and the backlighting solved a problem I was having trying to light a conventional keyboard evenly. I am doing more and more video and audio editing and work in dim to dark lighting conditions. This is perfect for this environment. The low profile of the keys took some getting used to but only because my old HP keyboard had higher keys. I don't seem to have problems with keys sticking, the wrong character appearing, or lag time. The hot keys are really nice but they could be a bit brighter. Two little things to mention. This model has a wheel to adjust backlighting from off to the highest illumination. The raised "bumps" around its circumference could be taller. Also, and it is no big deal since I type most of the time without looking at the keyboard but the characters you access with the SHIFT key are reversed. Usually they appear on the top of keys. On this one they are on the bottom. This might take "hunt and peck" typists some initial frustration? All and all it seems a worthy investment for only $30!Read full review

This keyboard has a terrible problem with "key bounce". For every key I type, it gives me extra neighboring keys -- causing endless corrections. The keys themselves are set low, almost as low as those on a laptop keyboard, and they are placed uncomfortably close together - but that is a common issue with most computer keyboards. This makes the keyboard very unreliable and I cannot use it. The illumination is nice, but that is the only positive I can say about this product. Sorry I wasted my money on this thing. I was hoping for much better. I cannot recommend it.

The keyboard is quick and easy to set up, just plug in- 5 different key back light colors, easily changed by the push of a button! The keys are responsive and quick and the back lite key light intensity can be toned down (if desired) using a small dial on the keyboard. The larger letters and numbers on the keys are great, my only negative on the board (really not substantial) is the printed letters and numbers on the keys could be better quality. (More solid or thicker printing of the letters and numbers) - Overall, a great price for its features, I would definitely buy another if I need a keyboard!

Large easy to see keys. Well lighted but larger than necessary due to the large wrist rest on the front edge. The lighting on this keyboard is done right. Only the letter or number itself is lighted where other keyboards have lighting coming out from behind the keys which makes it harder to see the letters and numbers. The only con is that the keyboard stays illuminated all the time even when the computer goes to sleep. Other illuminated keyboards will turn off the light when the computer goes to sleep. Otherwise a nice keyboard if your vision is not as clear as it used to be.

I chose a backlit keyboard because my computer is in my mancave which is my garage, i usually keep it dark in there so i need the lighted keyboard...this one works so good, i can't really type, I sort of peck each key so this one is ideal because it takes a very minimal effort to press the keys....I also like having the multi colored options to change the color of the backlighting....The quality is very good, just plug and play, and the price was under $30....I had an Azio before and really liked it but i spilled a drink on it and it ruined it...I used a cheap $15 EZ SEE for a while until I wore the letters off of the keys so i decided to go back with the Azio, I highly recommend it!
