Had this one for slightly over a month and pleased with it so far. Bought another one just like it locally, last week, because it was less expensive. The modern design is nice, works well, and is easy to handle. Wish that the amount of soap it dispensed was adjustable but aside from that I hope it works for a least a few years. The "nickel" finish is plastic, not metal. Thought that was deceptive but in the long run plastic will probably hold up better against the elements. It is easy to clean and the LEDs help indicate whether it is turned on, dispensing, or running low on battery (another generic dispenser that I own has no such indications so the LEDs are helpful).

This product looks great and was perfect for my bathroom, however, I had a lot of trouble putting the battery compartment cover back on and keeping it on. It continuously fell off, even with the little screw, leaving the batteries exposed and this was frustrating, making this product, to me, of less quality than I anticipated it to be. Frankly, I don’t think this product was worth the amount of money I paid for it. It is because of this, that I gave it only 3 stars.

No more bar soap! Lets face it, its messy and unsightly ; the Umbra dispenser solves both concerns: its very stylish and contemporary and its neat and clean (and..... you can place any liquid soap in it that you desire - at any time. So, if you get tired of one type of liquid soap, go ahead and change. Battery life seems ok, and it functions just fine. I have and use four of them! No problems. Thank you! Stefan

I love the style of the soap dispenser, the cost was ok for the style and it being unique. I wish it would dispense more reliably ... I like that it does not dispense every time you touch it ... some times you need to put your hand under 3 times ... omg it is such hard work... I remember the day when you had to use a bar of soap

We had one of these at work, my other dispenser, would release soup without my hand being by it. When this one is dispensing, it has an LED light, so you can see where the liquid is going, nice feature when dark or dim lighting.
