This is a decent product. The sound is good, but not excellent. I still occasionally hear a raspiness in the background, but it is as good as any of this type of product I have used....and I have owned/used 4-5 of them. I works well with my ipod touch.

When plugging in the aux cable, there is only one way it wants to be. Otherwise it won’t play out of one side of the car. When first getting into your car, you have to fiddle with it for a while to get it to that sweet spot to make it play out of all 4 speakers. It takes so long to get it to that point that you don’t want to listen to music anymore. However, the sound quality when it does work is excellent coming from a tape. That’s why I gave it 3 stars and not one.

I received the cassette auxiliary cord adapter in a timely manner, however, the sound quality is very hit or miss. During the first use, I was excited because it sounded great but it was only a short drive. Over the next few days of using it driving to work, the sound became more and more distorted. It makes that terribly loud blaring sound that you hear when someone is plugging a guitar into an amplifier and it is not plugged in all the way and sounds like your speakers are going to blow out. I'm not sure if it's just a bad connection with the jack, but no matter what it is I can't even use the product because it makes every song choppy and blasts sporadic noise. I will be purchasing something else to replace it.

This is actually a decent product. If the cassette starts having hiccups like pausing and playing every few seconds while playing music, take a pencil and just rotate the film a few times until it looks straight and tight, there should be no more issues after that for the playback. If you start hearing static come through, simply turn down the volume of your cars stereo system and turn up the volume on your phone. It takes a little bit to get working and doesn't look like it'll last me six months but i preferred this than even more iffy Bluetooth adapter for my car.

Worked great until the cords plug broke after 2 weeks of use. The piece that goes into the port slowly stopped working because the sound would cut in and out until I wiggled it in the port after a week then a week later I couldn't even wiggle it anymore. It won't play sound at all now
