I needed a new laptop and the Asus was recommended by the pros. the laptop is lighting fast and lives up to the hype. love the computer. liked windows 7 better than 8, but am getting used to it.
This particular computer I've gotten needs constantly to be reset every time I go to use it. It will not recognize my pass word and stays locked until it is rebooted. Not very pleased with it. Also, for what I have read from other reviews (unfortunately I didn't see those before I purchased it) the company that makes this computer has very bad reputation on customer service and questionable business practices.
Based on 215 reviews on Amazon. I give this machine a 5 star rating. Best laptop I have ever owned and I have tried them all. Been working from home for 8 yrs and tried Acer, Asus, Dell, Toshiba, etc.
