Elvis' Favorite Recipes
This is a great book. Along with good ole' southern recipes, you get little side stories about Elvis and his meals. Sure, these recipes are not very health conscious but the food sure is good. I'm a southern girl, born and raised. Several of these dishes I've seen on Grandma's dining room table on Sundays after church. I was delighted to get this book as I am a big Elvis fan. Can you imagine my surprise when I learned that I was eating the same foods as the "King"? By far, my favorite is the peanut butter and 'nanner sandwich! This book truly is a wonderful recipe book as well as a good read! There's also several color photos throughout for those that only enjoy looking at the pictures!
