My first Apple ipad. I like the quality of the graphics and pictures on this screen. The device is easy to learn to use. Touchscreen is very responsive and user friendly. Love the screen size over a phone size for doing facetime and other apps.

It was a great deal, however I am stuck with Ipad not being upgradable in the Apple IOS system. We are now on 11.0 and its system will not upgrade past 9.3 for 3rd generation products. I'm still good to good, but some programs that need the upgrade will not work. For the most part, the Ipad gets me online, cruise the internet, my music is there, video and pics are all great qualities.

The refurbished product (iPad 3) is good, charge stays for long in wifi mode, not tested with data mode extensively. Charging is slow, takes 6-8 hours to full charge. This is very slow performance,if you use any iPhone you feel this products damn slow if use multiple tabs in browser or multiple apps, this is for old age people who react slow and take time to type and navigate between apps or within apps. Some times hung... it's not for computer Greek (they have to get latest one which has high performance) It's for novice..!

Bought for my husband and he loves it. A great price and in great used condition. He has been a computer tech for 40 plus years and really should write the review but left it up to me....Great visual features and outstanding product.

The 3rd Generation iPad was the first iPad to introduce a Retina Display, and the A5X chip which was a huge update to the iPad 2, which continues to be one of the bet selling iPad models, compared to newer generation iPads. The iPad 3 was a good performer, and the new display was clean and crisp with the enhanced resolution. The iPad 3 uses the 30-pin connector, and was on the market a relatively short time, as the 4th Generation model came out a few months later, which really only changed out to the Lightning connector following the launch of the iPhone 5.
