I bought this cookbook because my husband needs a low-salt diet due to conditions with his heart. This book has excellent recipes using no salt (or very little salt) which are very tasty. They are good enough that I have used some of them when we have had company and they couldn't tell that I had not used salt in their preparation. Besides recipes, there are a lot of good guidelines and tips about things relating to food, diet, etc. which are very helpful for people with the medical problems my husband has. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to use less salt for any reason.
This book has a fantastic collection of low and no sodium recipes. An excellent reference source for anyone who needs or wants to avoid sodium.
