This was a fascinating (easy, at times quite emotional) read from cover to cover. I've recently incorporated a ketogenic diet into my intermittent fasting, so I have been doing a deep dive into nutritional ketosis and health benefits beyond just weight loss. This book's title caught my attention, and I just had to order a copy. Although I do not have Altzeimer's or have a family member with this disease, I have a lot of interest in ketones as alternative fuel for the brain.
