This book is only at the most a half inch thick and hardcover. It looks like it's about the size of a child's story book. It comes filled with questions that cover every topic of your life. The questions are answered and almost what looks like a hospital data form that you would fill out as a new patient. It's very thorough and would be a perfect gift for a child young adults or someone wanting to start their autobiography. It is very very simple elegantly designed excellent typography and font.

Very disappointed. These books are fill in the blank books and 4 out out 5 were written in, one had a decal going across cover and one had a big grease/dirt stain on it. Out of the 5 books I ordered, I threw 4 away and gave one as a gift. Hugely dissapointed.

I’m embarking on a journey to rediscover myself and I think this is a good start. There are some very easy to answer obvious questions but for every ten easy ones I stumble into one that makes me really think and dig deep.

I thought it would get a little deeper than it did so I'm a little disappointed. But the book is still ok. Because it doesn't go super deep I think it would be good for a gathering of friends/acquaintances precisely because it doesn't go super deep or get on topics that can make people irritated and angry.

I love this book, because you fill in all the things about you right now. I want to be able to look back on this and remember how I was at this time in my life. I kinda want to buy a million so I can see how much I change and grow up over the years. I'd like to get one for everyone in my family too! It's just fun and it brings back memories and it's like a journal, but it's already set up for you. A list of the things you like, the people who helped you to become the person you are, and what your personality is like right now. I love it. It's great, so glad I bought it! I decided to buy this because I used to make lists like this myself when I was younger, and I was sorry to have lost them. I'm glad there's finally a book that I'll be able to keep and perhaps my son will be able to look at once I'm gone. A really great gift for someone else or yourself!Read full review
