The only complain I have for this product is that the control of the lights and effects should have been integrated within the BIOS. I have to turn them on/off only after I login to my Windows environment. Also, there isn't any official tools to control the lights for Linux systems. Besides all these it is a great product.

Upon receiving and using the Laptop (which was delivered at its expected date), I was very happy to see that I got exactly what I bought. The GPU, CPU, RAM and its other contents were exactly as stated, which made me happy. So a big thank you. When it arrived in the mail, as expected, it was in a big and brown cardboard box with Dell as its branding name, written on the side of it. Albeit the quality of the box being sub-optimal, the box was somewhat taped and sealed and all of its contents were unharmed. There were many little airbags of protection inside of the box which gave me some surety of the Laptop's safety. Using it has been a blast! I'm able to play games like Crysis and Borderlands in 4k Resolution with its maximum settings peaked. The heat and fan noise are somewhat noticeable, but not a real problem, as there are countermeasures that can be implemented. Thanks again!Read full review

The factory refurbished laptop came in brand new condition just like they said, and was a great deal for being under warranty. Works great and runs Windows 10 flawlessly. I have been playing Mortal Kombat X on it and the game looks absolutely gorgeous with the 970m graphics and 4K screen. I couldn't be happier.
