I am a huge Alias fan and I loved the first 2 seasons. I was little disapointed. The main disappointment is that Vaughn and Sydney were not together. I was also disappointed in finding out where Syd had been the two years she was missing. It was a little sad to not have Irina Derevco in this season. Way to much emphasis on Rambaldi. This season did include some great things. Marshall having a baby is great! There is a fabulous episode with Will in it! You get to see him go undercover with Syd and Bradley Cooper is hilarious! I also love Sark, great character. There are a few great twists that you don't see coming, as always in Alias. There is a great commentary with Mellisa George and Jennifer Garner that is really good as well and the out takes are great. Overall, it's okay. But see the 4th season, it's awesome!Read full review
'Alias' Season 3 is, by far, the best season from the television series. It is the darkest season, as Sydney Bristow must struggle not only with attempting to discover what happened to her in the last two years that she has been missing but also with attempting to deal with Lauren Reed, Michael Vaughn's wife. The second season concludes with Sydney and Vaughn in a love relationship, just before Sydney comes to the realization that her best friend Francie Calfo isn't really Francie but a Covenant agent named Allison Doren. They get into a gun battle which ends with Sydney being knocked out, only to wake two years later to discover that she has been missing for two years and that Vaughn is married. This isn't all either. Arvin Sloane is no longer a wanted man. He has become a humanitarian and has completed a pardon agreement with the CIA. Sydney and Jack, her father, are reluctant to believe this, however. The season flows by very quickly and is composed of a numerous amount of plot twists, twists that will leave you in shock. Great DVD to own! 10/10!Read full review
This is a great addition to the series in my collection, watched it every week back in the day. Glad I got it.
Verified purchase: Yes | Condition: Pre-owned
Alias Season 3 is great. Season 3 is right in line with the same action and thrills as Seasons 1 and 2. Jennifer Garner plays Sydney so great and makes being a do-gooder seem fashonable. I bought it so when I work out in my living room I can watch all the episodes without any commercials. Plus Season 3 motivates me to stay on the treadmill! My favorite part is that it is commercial free! Also by buying it on EBAY I got it for much less than I would have payed in the store.
Decided to buy because I wanted the complete series. A lot of inner connected episodes you need the complete series to see the whole picture. Like the complex twists. You wont be disappointed ! Not many television series get better as they go along but this one is an exception. Some issues take a couple of episodes to resolve.. but having them all makes a difference.
