Photoshop Elements 12 installs and works very smoothly. This is an upgrade for me from Elements. 9 and has some quicker, simpler ways to improve photos. Premiere Elements 12 will not load from the CD and has some software glitch that describes the load process but will not activate. After several hours and using limited software familiarity, I gave up and am using the Photoshop Elements 12, the reason I made the purchase.

I didn't sufficiently research Adobe's product name "Premier Elements 12", thus was unaware I was buying a product only to be used for video editing and not for photographs. I have no use for this product and wish that Adobe was more conscious in their product naming.

Great product for Windows 10. However be wary of "like new" offers, as beginning with this version of Elements, Adobe tightened up their serial number verification online, and you are unlikely to be able to use it if previously installed. Just sayin'.
