Seems to be a nice small sight. I’m replacing a large bulky red dot scope and this sight is 1/4 the size. Brightness settings are perfect. Not too many like some, just high and low. Simple. I have not shot it yet so not sure of durability but it’s on a 22 so should be fine. A+ experience all around.

    Fits .22 Victory

I installed this on a Smith & Wesson Victory .22. It was just what I'd been looking for. Many low buck reflective sights are designed for rifles. And when mounted on a pistol the red dot looks like a big star. This one worked out great. Smaller red dot that is very bright. It has two brightness settings. When sighted in it was right on the mark. Hopefully it will hold up with time. Recoil on the .22 pistol is minimal. So I have high hopes for its durability. I recommend this for any .22 pistol of this type. Ruger, Browning etc. That has or accepts a picatiny or weaver rail.

    Value / Price

You get what you pay for. Bought as my first red dot. Put on 22 pistol. Works fine so far. It’s dot is a little fuzzy but works ok. Difficult to adjust as there’s no feel to screws. The main problem, you have to remove the unit to replace the battery. Battery life seems good. I’m not sorry I purchased but my next one will be a good one.

  • Great Red Dot but cycling the action was somewhat inhibited on the PMR30.

This is my first red dot optic so I have no other experience to compare it to. The pistol it was to be mounted on is a Keltec PMR30, the rail it mounted to is fastened to the slide and the mass of the optic and the mount was more than the little pistol could generate enough energy to activate the action with the optic on it. The slide, mount and optic had to cycle the length of a 22 WMR fired case before it would eject and chamber another round . Fortunately I also have a Keltec CP33 which has a long top rail which does not move in the firing cycle so I mounted the ADE3-002 on that pistol and It works great. Both pistols have great fibre Optic sights, but the PMR30 does not have that long top rail which enhances the sight picture on the CP33. I still have not given up on mounting the ...

  • Darn dirt cheap,,, but works well.

GOT this red dot as a Xmas gift from my wife... (I ordered it,,, so she didn't worry about getting the wrong item.) GOT it mounted on my Ruger mark 3 and had a better day to go outside and try it out. I had it sighted fair from just feel,,, and once outside it took me less than 20 rounds to dial it in.. From that point I just picked random targets in the snow to see how near my shot was to the red dot sight picture. Needless to say,, I'm impressed.... For the money it works... Yes I would feel better after several 1000S of rounds to make this claim,,, and try mounting it on a auto pistol with a slide.. The Ruger the sight mounts solid on the main frame so doesn't have to deal with the slide action like on a 1911..

  • Budget red dot

This budget red dot is great. If you are unsure about spending a ton of money on a red dot and want to try one out for a little money, this is the way to go. Sight was easy to install and zero. Used a laser sighter for initial adjustments . Recommend to anyone curious about a red dot on a 22 handgun.
