The author defines the current market as range-bound. Great timing, just when the market may take a dive south big time. Viewing the past 100 years of stock market in a log scale and claiming the only true bear market was 1929 depression conveniently hides the several market corrections that occurred later, in which the major indices dove more than 50%. The investment method doesn't seem very actionable. May work if your investment horizon is indeed 100 years.
Well thought out process for buying and selling value stocks. The best of the 20 books I've read on the topic. The description of absolute P/E worth the entire price of the book!
