So, Aaron was part of pioneering Underoath, then he pioneered The Almost, and now yet again Another Side Project? But Why? So this CD, is classified in the "religious/worship" genre, as a result of its written lyrics (people do this for some odd reason). He wrote most of them with Paul Baloche, a renowned Worship Leader within the Corporate Worship Spheres... Although this is not just another "christian artist", making a "worship" album for the sake of being introduced to another market, with the aim of making money... not at all One can hear the authenticity and realness within Aaron's Interpretation of songs like Hosanna, whilst on the other hand one can hear heart in the songs he wrote himself.. For many Aaron Gillespie fans this will come as no surprise, since one can experience heart in his Underoath and The Almost songs... But I do believe this album was something he needed to do, to get a message out. One that he has never done so directly, looking past his own struggles and issues and placing more of a focus on God himself, and who God is, despite the things that happen in our lives... This album is kind of a must have for all Gillespie fans, as well as people looking for Authenticity within the "Christian Music" genre...And not just another artist entering the "Christian" market for the sake of entering a market.Read full review
