Love it. It is working for me. Not as fast as he says in the book, but I don't follow follow the fast track, I just follow the rules for after the first couple of weeks. It is a diet I no problem sticking with, and if I eat something else one day, it is not difficult to get right back on it. Can even follow it at restaurants and parties. I highly recommend it. This is the first time in my life that I had to struggle with weight. I tried diets and thought I stuck with them pretty well, but did lose more than a couple of pounds. I don't weigh myself, but my close are getting loose on me and have even put on a smaller size of jeans.
