I upgraded my office phones to a system with more features and one that was easy to install and operate. This AT&T 4-line phone comes in 3 models. I have the 1070, and was not satisfied with the 1040, and the 1080's additional features were not needed in my situation. The biggest disadvantage is that for four lines you must have 4 pair to connect the phone and that requires additional wiring in some cases. For the money it was the best solution for me.

This is the worst phone I have ever used. The sound quality is horrible. Many of the "features" don't work well at all. There is a lot of noise on the conversations. Wish we had never bouight it.

happy to find a multiple line phone with no answering machine attached. caller id and call waiting id... just what i needed to replace a broken office phone. adjustable volume on handset, speaker, and ringer~ spectacular!

I'm not sure if it's the noise cancelling feature but the sound quality is not that great.
