It's a nice monitor and is with a lot of things it takes has a learning curve to it's figured out. All the features are good as I can expect being it's the first higher end monitor I've purchased. Up close the video seems a little grainy but look past that with hd TV's its about the same and just as good. It has a good stand and swivels easier that other monitors I've bought. I like the fact that the cables are inserted from the bottom and not from the back. Less strain on cables. A little cumbersome to get to but not that Important to cry about. The only fall back is the speakers are not that great. Just little mini me quality but I didn't purchase it just for the speakers but also the digital quality output. The video quality is very good for me and the 23.5" display doesn't hurt either. I can use pc card speakers that have more punch to them. It would be nice for the speakers to be a little bit better but not a deal breaker.Read full review

Bought this monitor on the Asus reputation. The picture quality is very good, and has many features to enhance the visual effect. It also has an adjustable stand to get best viewing angle. The overall apperance of the Asus is clean. But if you purchase this monitor, plan on buying a set of speakers also{I bought Bose},you'll need them. The audio is next to non-existant.This monitor is the first LED LCD monitor I've purchased,so I can't compare this Asus to any other brand. If you're buying a monitor, the Asus is in the price range of other brands, visual very good, overall apperance good, choice of brands is yours.Would I buy another Asus monitor?Probably ,unless curiosity of trying a different brand won.
Used and with some normal wear as described. Came with a great hdmi cable and has a better image than my previous screen. Great buy for a used screen.

What a product, I just bought this to go with a PC I have but not only that it's so good I'm using it as a TV for my xbox. Incredible display, great sleek Asus mounting and stand. 2560x1600 resolution is a bit much for any onboard graphics processor so I recommend investing in a graphics card it you really want it to POP. Another suggestion, the monitor only has one HDMI in so if you plan on using more than one HDMI connection go ahead and pony up for a simple HDMI switcher, it won't cost you more that 5 bones Makes it easier to select your input. Overall great monitor and can't beat the price.
Pros: Got these at a steal with free shipping. Cheap, large, familiar name, bright, runs cooler than my old Ultrasharp, no dead pixels, VESA ready, what more could a gamer ask for? Cons: Upgraded to 6950, but needed a bigger case. Purchased a bigger case, but needed a PSU with longer P1. Purchased a 1100w PSU, but was charmed by an Eyefinity setup. Purchased two of these for Eyefinity, but old Ultrasharp became sub par. Bought another one, but need a bigger desk or triple monitor stand...what in the world is going on here?!? No vertical adjustment, 3 in Eyefinity borderline overkill, lame speakers, condemned to eating noodles for the next month, but who cares? I certainly don't, neither should you! Other Thoughts: If you're in the market for a monitor, or several, and have time to spare, hold off on these. Instead, watch your inbox like a hawk. Newegg has these on special almost every other email. My wait paid off, and I saved enough to invest into a SSD. I may be hungry, but at least I'm happy :)Read full review
