This is an informative book for the health conscience.
I haven't found anything to compare with A-Z's guide yet and it's wonderful to know what enhances conventional medications and what herb/vitamin interactions are contraindicated. As our nation becomes wellness oriented I find this book an absolute neccessity. It is a staple in holistic health care cirriculum, and I recommend it to anyone interested in natural medicine.
