Well worth the money! I would DEFINITELY recommend this CD... even you if haven't, or have no interest, in seeing the movie!! I had actually bought this CD long before I watched the movie. Interestingly enough, the songs are arranged in the exact order as they are played in the movie, which isn't always the case with movie soundtracks. Seeing the movie also explained why Chicago's "If you Leave Me Now" was in the mix... This CD offers an smooth flowing mix of great songs. It will make you feel like dancing and singing along! Most of the songs I had already heard on the radio, but there were a few I hadn't. Now, I like them all! :) What I like most about this CD is the mix of funky hip songs; "Semi-Charmed Life"{Third Eye Blind} and "Walkin'on the Sun"{Smash Mouth}, with the soulful blues songs like "Trouble"{Ray Lamontagne}, and "Hands of Time"{Groove Armada}, with some of the more current songs "Look What You've Done"{Jet} and "Breathe(2am)"{Anna Nalick}. Some of the other songs I hadn't heard before; "Know Nothing"{Travis}, "Save Tonight"{Eagle-Eye Cherry}, "Mad About You"{Hooverphonic}, and "Brighter Than Sunshine"{Aqualung}, are now among of my favorites songs. this soundtrack is probable the best soundtrack that i have heard since grease.every song on the cds is very good....i love this soundtrack...and you will not here me say that about many soundtracks...a must buy here !!! many of the songs here you have already heard on the fm radio...including anna nalicke's breathe[2 a.m.] and if you have not seen the movie it is also a must !!! great story line if you are into romantic comedies !!!
the product took way too long to arrive and on top of that it was damaged. I really enjoyed the soundtrack but it was a long wait. The case was broken but it was new. Other than that it is one of the best sondtracks that I have heard and i really recommend the cd, but as for the saler, I think that they need faster service, and to package their products better so that this situation wont repeat again.
i LOVEEE the soundtrack. there isnt one song I skip over. I do wish the soundtrack included the song from the part in the movie where he is outside singing and playing his guitar for her: "ill be there for you, these 5 words i swear to you..."
All of the songs on this soundtrack are wonderful...artists that you don't always hear on the radio.
