Great Book and a must have if your not familiar with such task. Also includes some recipe's and the recipe for Pemmican. If your not familiar with the history of Pemmican research it. It's made to provide the essential nutrition for survival and at one time in history was considered a commodity for trade because it has a long shelf life when stored correctly. I wasn't sure about Curing and this book answered all my questions and then some. Lot more to it than I knew, Glad I got it!
