I have used Lee products for over 30 years with no problems, best value for your dollar there is so far as reloading gear goes. Not that RCBS or Lyman are bad, or any other maker, but they tend to run twice the money, and yes, they may be made of tougher materials ( the molds anyway), but most of us are not reloading at a commercial level. These tiny Lee Loader kits, and I have almost every one they make, are the absolutely cheapest way to get involved with reloading. All you need other than this little kit are the cartridge components and a rawhide mallet. They are great for reloading right at the range if you are working up a load, or if you have limited room. Your entire reloading kit could fit in a shoebox. These are also great for learning the steps of reloading slowly before you make the jump to a single stage press, or progressive press. I have long since bought a regular press, many in fact, but I still use these loader kits for small jobs.Read full review

I’ve been using Lee Loaders for decades. There’s no better loading setup if you want to be able to load wherever you are. With the addition of primers, powder, cases, projectiles and a mallet...you have the ability to manufacture custom ammo. I can’t recommend these kits highly enough. You cannot go wrong.

These are time proven. It takes a short learning curve. Simple, complete and nothing to break. Even has a few loading formulas that will do just fine. I continue to buy these old style hand loaders in case my main presses or dies should fail or wear out a part. I am not out of business. These will hold me over until a replacement can be shipped in. They have saved my bacon more than once in a pinch. The quality is as good as any moderns press made. Your only draw back is single production.

Works great and is great for off the grid and long deep camping trips. If used right , the brass will last way longer in this hand loader then in a bench press.

Not as fast as a press but very convenient if you don't shoot alot or have limited space. Have been using one of these for a rifle caliber for over 30 years and it's still not wore out.
