Maybe, my body is hard to lose weight more than other, so when i use it , my weight did not lose much than i hope. i got quiet slowly, but i don't give it up. I think losing weight slowly day by day ,that is better than losing weight too much short time. good item for the nature losing weight.

This product does work very well and does just what it says. Suppresses appetite and stops production of fat. I'm only giving this three stars however. The reason is that I have been experiencing side effects such ad dry mouth and stomach aches. If you google this product those are some of the side effects listed. But if you can deal with that its worth it.

I'm not sure what the hype is surrounding this pill... Even with exercise, I don't think that using this product in conjunction with exercise is the cause for even the slight weight loss I've produced (and I do mean slight weight loss). The only upside with this pill, is that I don't have the kind of food cravings I usually do, and I don't want to eat as much. That being said, there are days where my stomach is in knots and cramping, and that's not something I've experienced before. I haven't lost dramatic weight as some people have claimed while using these pills. After almost three weeks, I've lost 4 lbs, and that could be attributed to water weight for all I know.
