Bugs in box,it was delivered quicklylike it was in storage for quite some time,after the first delay,had to spend quite a bit of time polishing,and sealing the inside chrome on curvesI expected new,I don't like giving bad reviews,so I'll change to natural!!!

Good Morning John- Sorry about the Box Elder bugs hiding in the box. They kind of take-charge this time of year looking for a place to hide before the upcoming cold Wisconsin winters. I packed your order the day it was shipped. If you are referring to the "film" on the outside of the bumper that is a special spray to assist the chrome plating during shipping. It is easily removed with glass cleaner. I can assure you it is a new bumper with plating residue on the backside. Thank you! Chuck
