The item description did not match what I received. I tried calling several times, left numerous messages but never spoke to anyone. Finally received some texts. They said the ones I thought I was purchasing were twice the price. Even though the description said they were the more expensive model they would not let me have them. They wanted me to return the item but I didn’t not want to be out shipping for nothing. I kept them but I am not happy with this seller.

Buyer purchased a 9watt black light, then demanded we send him an 18watt which is not listed on Ebay and costs twice as much. Offered to give him a full refund, but would rather try to damage people who don't give in to his unreasonable demands.
