I've purchased from them for 10+ yrs & are one of my favorite sellers, always turning out a quality product. Their description says at purchase that they will contact you & tell you how to send the art, as in past orders. This time? No email for either banner I ordered. I emailed, then called & then was told that I needed to contact ebay. I contacted them, thru ebay, no answer & had to find their website. Someone finally helped me. 10 days later than expected because of poor communication.
