The cassette tapes I ordered were packaged loosely in a single plastic bag and arrived all cracked. I contacted the seller and after getting almost a dozen automated replies, plus having to follow up multiple times to get a real reply, they offered to replace the tapes and package them better. The second tapes arrived and were packaged the same way and also cracked. I’m now going back and forth again with a robot and it’s going nowhere. Just gonna leave feedback and move on.
