My son has been using it for a while with no problems until recently two battery pack never charges to 100%, still gets charged and can be used but I do not know how much longer will the battery last after this issue.

If I had to make the purchase all over again, I would go with a higher battery life. If you don't mind swapping batteries while playing. The batteries will not last for long stretches, 1 of the 4 batteries will only make contact and charge if connected to the wiimote, which adds to some of the frustration with this unit. I can't see any reason for no connection, but it will not charge on either of the back slots.

I was so happy to get this at a good price and hoped that it would work. Well it is the most frustrating thing I have had to deal with. It does not charge my controllers because you have to wiggle them and find the perfect spot for them to sit and touch the sensors. The description states you can charge 3 remotes but you can only charge one at a time. Once you place the others in it throws off the sensors and stops charging. So I guess if you have time to charge one at a time then its good.

Remotes don't charge. When asking seller questions they recommended taking it to a repair shop and NOT return to them. Why would I take a brand new item to a repair shop to pay more money? It is just low quality which isn't surprising because it didn't cost much.
