I bought these and took them regularly because I had seen a TV infomercial by Dr Brenda Watson where a theory was proposed that by changing the intestinal flora to "good" bacteria (via these capsules) one would lose weight because these new bacteria would crave a different diet. At the very least, these capsules were supposed to prevent or reduce gasses. Alas, neither has been the case. I have not lost an ounce and my gasses have not subsided. True, Dr Watson recommends excercise, too. But hat is not sold on eBay..

I started off with two pills a day & worked up to 4 a day!! I feel no changes what so ever (I quit using other supplements while trying something new so I can see how well it works) It definitely doesn't help with digestion or keeping things moving. Which makes me think there very much "dead" probies. Organic Refrigerated are the best! Expensive but you pay for what you get.

Save your money! This is not a good probiotic to buy I don't care how cheap it is. It is not worth the money. Whenever I would take this probiotic my symptoms would always flare up and I would have to take a different probiotic to get relief. The fact that this happened several times tells me that there is very little probiotic in this formula. You are not getting what you think you are getting. I would not buy this product again and you shouldn't either.
