    CS Flux

    This flux is fantastic with logic board repairs and phone repairs flows and double stacks amazingly and only need very little due to the quality. I am so glad I brought it and this is my product for microelectronics repairs. The Supplier has great service!

    Very good for bga reflow and reballing

    This flux is great for reflow and reballing repairs. It stcks well if you intent to do the reballing and it gets easilly under the BFA if you intent just to reflow. Smoke is also very little.
