The Polaris Turbo Turtle is an automatic pool cleaner which not only looks great, it works great as well. This efficient Polaris pool cleaner is powered by the pressure of clean water returning to your pool. You can use this Automatic pool cleaner for all aboveground pools up to five feet deep. Debris, in difficult to reach corners, is loosened by this Polaris pool cleaner and large debris like leaves and pebbles are captured in its own filter bag. In three hours or less, the bottom, wall and steps of your pool would get vacuumed, scrubbed and cleaned by this Automatic pool cleaner. Unlike some other pool cleaners, the Polaris Turbo Turtle traps all contaminants in its filter bag, rather than dumping it into your pool's filter.

    It DOES work and worth the money

    We have a 15 x 30 oval pool and this product cleans the ENTIRE pool from one end to the other. I know some reviews say it will get wrapped up at one end of the pool, but you just have to give it time to clean that area and then move on. It doesn't happen in just minutes, it NEEDS TIME to get the job done. The bottom of our pool is totally clean everyday just from having this cleaner work for about 6 hours. GIVE IT TIME and it will do the job right. The price is great too when you consider all it needs to work is the pressure from your pool pump and nothing else. Plus, who doesn't love having a turtle swimming in their pool. LOL This is the second one we owned because the first one was just too old (7 years) and stopped working properly.

    Stay away it does not work

    My husband couldn’t set it up properly so after watching a couple of YouTube videos we needed a adapter, went to Leslie’s, who also sell it, they had no idea what adapter it needed. So we bought one then needed an adapter for the adapter. Now it is set up but still doesn’t work. I think he needed to cut one of the tubes so can’t return. What a waste of $200+, can really afford to lose that!!

    A Solid Four on a scale of one to five.

    I have owned a 24' diameter above ground pool since 1996. I have purchased over the years the intake/skimmer side vacuum cleaners as well as two Polaris 65 return side cleaners. The Polaris Turbo Turtle Pool Cleaner works great if you are not using a solar cover to warm the pool in the early part of the pool season. Otherwise use the skimmer side vacuum like a Kreepy Krawly Pool Cleaner Vac. If your pool temperature is were you want it, then the Turbo Turtle is the way to go for cleaning. Each has its own merits, and I rate the Turbo Turtle a four out of five due to the issue with a solar cover.

    Well worth the price and easy to use.

    This is one amazing vacuum. I have tried two other types, one more expensive and one from Wal-Mart, but this Turtle does the job and it is actually neat to watch. The grandkids love to see it do it’s thing almost as much as they enjoy the pool. It is easy to put together, easy to hook up and it operates itself. No extra power is needed. Once it is done you simply detach everything and put it away. Takes longer to get in and out of the pool then it does to turn this lose. It also does a great job of cleaning, but if you can detach your ladder while it is in use I would recommend doing so. Only so it can get behind where the ladder would be. Other than that it is a great product.

    Just one issue so far, can't hook it to the pool without having to buy a different adaptor which doesn't seem to be in stock around my house...

    So I guess I'm going to have to look into ordering the part from intex and continue to wait on the actual testing of my unit. Looks like a great buy other than that.
