I had my first experience with a smaller 3D printer and boy that machine was one big disappointment! So I notice this used Makerbot Replicator 2x on eBay lost bid on first one( had some upgrades with it.) so started looking again and found a Replicator 2 for sale. I am so pleased with this machine. print time after time and they come out perfect every time. Makerbot I’m sold on you if I need a replacement or parts your the go to for me!

I started with the cheap ctc copy, which is also a good machine, just requires more work to keep up. So when I bought my first Makerbot I was so happy how well it performed I bought another. I love the Makerbot, its awesome. I use gun cleaner on extruder to keep clean, and never have problems with it, use gun oil on moving parts and its pretty quiet. I would definitely recommend over any other desktop(tried them), and dont waste your money on the cheap ones.
