Until fairly recently, people choosing an Android phone rather than an iPhone had to settle for a somewhat inferior user experience. Even though Android phones in general are more feature full than iPhones, the smoothness of operation on Android has not been at the same level as the iPhones. Well, I am glad to report that it is not only over, but it is over with a bang. The Moto-X 2nd generation rocks in all regards. My wife has an iPhone 6 Plus, a fantastic phone in its own right but the only area where it is noticeably superior to the Moto-X is the battery life. I personally find my Moto-X smoother and generally faster than her iPhone. Some reviews said the Moto-X camera was not as good as that on other flagship phones. I cannot confirm or deny the comparative quality of the pictures, both phones take great pictures, but the Moto-X camera is faster and the camera app is vastly superior. It takes several pictures before and after you actually click the screen and lets you choose the better shot. Interestingly, the better shot is often the one BEFORE you actually clicked! The phone is just beautiful and fits better in the hand than the iPhone. I have the leather back and it makes holding the phone very comfortable and safe. You do not need to squeeze it to make sure it does not fall, it feels very natural. The screen has better resolution than the iPhone 6 (full HD), the same as the 6+, so the pixels are actually more densely packed. Brightness and contrast are superb. The size is just perfect. The 6+ is a little too big and the 6 is a little too small compared to the Moto-X. I think Motorola just nailed it. Another area of improvement is the sound. The sound quality and loudness do not quite match the HTC One but the front speaker is better than any other phone I have listened to (Android or not) save for the HTC One. It is loud and because it fires at you instead of sideways or in the back, the sound is very natural. Voice quality and loudness on calls is also perfect. Finally, Motorola always gives you the true Android experience. While there are Verizon apps on the phone that I could do without, it is not nearly as bloated as other Android phones and the UI is very clean and effective. There are some useful Motorola apps, but those are for the most part well thought out and do not get in the way. The one regret is that Motorola no longer provides Smart Actions. The replacement is vastly inferior. I wish there were a way to install Smart Actions on my Moto-X. In summary, a true flagship phone and probably the best Android phone ever made.Read full review

Perfect product and great communication. The phone was new and in the packages. It didn't have any signs of wear. (which is not always the case when people claim something is new)
