I notified them sent them a sample letter from DJI, in 15 minutes I had the letter and they apologized for the error, awesome customer service had it bound in my name in the following time it took to call DJIDJi Mavic 3 L2A Drone 2 Remotes 3 Batteries Charger Bag Filters Propellers WORKS (#376110238929)

The packaging was beautiful and made me feel special it was packaged from the eBay Authenticator in a box with bag and documents. I purchased the warranty from Allstate and thought it would help me, that was a BIG NO! But I love my Ring!!
