I recently needed a new carb for my Stihl ms260. After looking around I found this one on eBay and ordered it. It arrived a day ahead of schedule and in new condition. As others have said you may have to swap the snorkel from your old carb to the new one so you can continue using the same type air filters. This is easily done by removing 4 screws and swapping the plates. I also installed a new fuel filter, air filter, and spark plug from another seller. After getting everything back together it fired up and ran after about three or four pulls. I’m sure the carb is set very close to factory specs but you may find that a very minimal adjustment is necessary to get it to the end users preferences. After installation I ran my saw for about 2 hours with zero issues or complaints. I would not hesitate to purchase this item again from this seller if needed. Read full review

If ,you have a Stihl chainsaw that doesn't have the H/L adjustment screws and it just isn't running right...in my case it was a 2000-ish Stihl 026 Pro, do NOT buy a cheap aftermarket carb (they don't fit right OR work) OR mess with a carb kit. Just buy this new 194 Walbro and bolt it in and GO. I couldn't be more pleased. Perfect replacement and the saw runs great again. Best money I've ever spent on this chainsaw!! If your saw has the Intellicarb setup with the snorkel on it going to the air filter, no problem! Just take the snorkel off your existing carb and put it on this one. 2 minutes, so easy a caveman can do it. And Go make some wood.

I had an 026 with the WT403A carb (L only adjustment). I put this WT194 on the saw and I'm really woke up. The saw runs so much better with the H L adjustments. Runs like a brand new saw. Incorporate a muffler mod and double the performance gains. Awesome price as well. Fast delivery. Don't hesitate to buy from this seller.

I replaced the original carb on my MS260. I needed to swap the top plate on the new carb with the top Intelli Carb inlet from my original carb - easy. Also the H/L adjustment screws plug/block did not fit with the new carb - so I simply used silicone to close the holes. The saw started right up with the new carb. But after running for a short time, it was obvious the idle was too high because the chain was running on idle. I simple adjustment of the idle screw corrected the issue. I've used it a couple times since and it has run very good with no further issues. So I even though it does bolt right in, I wouldn't call it an "exact" replacement of the original carb. A couple of small things had to be done as mentioned above. I did know that I'd need to swap the top plate. I consider all of that to be very minor. I'm happy with how the saw runs with the new carb. This is a brand new item still in the box. Took me awhile to get around to installing it but finally got it done. Runs now! Old carb was worn out. Used this item in a very old Stihl chainsaw. Happy I ordered it.
