item was open box,which means it should have been inspected and could have been inspected before it was put on ebay,instead a week or so later after purchasing i got were sorry but this item is missing parts,but for a couple hundred bucks more we can send you this one,it should have been offered for same price ,it was there mistake they should have fixed it,thats just good business that brings return customers and good reviews.thanks but no thanks.

I ordered on ebay exactly what was indicated with the model number and description by the seller and the timeframe when I would have the product. It never shipped and I received message and phone calls after the fact to first start to go over what I already ordered. I ordered from this company specifically to have it when they indicated as opposed to lowes an other stores, so the seller failed on the order process through ebay.
