I had a positive experience. The items were exactly as pictured, and a complete set. The set comes in two separate shipments, with two boxes in each shipment. I received the set in a reasonable time period. What the description did not make clear: the set does NOT INCLUDE the 2-up mount rack fastener hardware. The seller responsive and resolved things to my complete satisfaction and would purchase from you again. The set includes 3 keys for the lock. The quality was great for the price!

The seller kept in touch and kept me informed on availability and shipping. The item arrived very well packaged. The finish is great and all the mounts and rack are nice. I love that it came with the tour pack liner. This is about a thousand dollars less than the one you get from harley. And the Harley one doesn’t come with the liner or any of the mounts. If you get this you wont be disappointed.
