Fits perfect with OEM parts.
Had a Toro 524 (38052) I used back in (1992 - 2002). Then I purchased a new Toro 1028 and this one was put aside. I figured I'd bring the 521 back to live to have a couple snowblowers to tackle the snow. The carb was a mess and the belts were dried up and cracked. I first cleaned the carb, gas lines, tank and re-assembled. It fired up but was surging bad. Then i decided to rebuild the carb with the kit in the post. Super easy to order and delivery was fast.
